To find out the status of your case, log into your account and you will brought to the client home page which contains several search options. You can search for the case you are interested in by either docket number or your file number. You can also browse the lists on client home page for a comprehensive list of events that have taken place on various dockets.
Where can I find file pleadings?
To access any pleadings filed in a particular case, login and search for the case as instructed above, once you have located the case, you can click on that particular case which will bring you to the docket screen for that case. Here you will find all of the filed pleadings that are scanned in and they can be printed or emailed from there.
Are there any outstanding letters on this case? Where can I find those?
All of the correspondence that has been sent on a case can be seen at the bottom of the docket screen under the correspondence heading. The letters will appear in a list by the date that they were sent. You can click on any letter in the list to view that particular letter. If no correspondence has been sent on the particular case, than you will see a "no correspondence" notification under the heading "SUPERIOR TOOLS"
